In-person cancellation:

If an in-person visit has been confirmed as booked the following information will apply to cancelling:If you cancel 21 days or more prior to the scheduled booking you will receive a full refund and responsible to pay the cancellation fee of $25).

 

If you cancel 14-20 days prior to the scheduled booking you will receive a 60% refund and responsible to pay the cancellation fee of $25.If you cancel 7-13 days prior to the scheduled booking you will receive a 50% refund and responsible to pay the cancellation fee of $25.

 

If you cancel 7 days or less. NO Refund and no cancellation fee will apply.
